Legal Conference Will Teach How To Navigate in The Cannabis Industry

Attorneys, accountants and all professionals looking to stay on the leading edge of the cannabis industry and continue their education are invited to attend the Cannabis Professional Advancement Series (CPAS) taking place from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Friday, September 16, at the University of Denver.

Attendees will receive advanced education led by attorney and managing partner Robert T. Hoban, of Hoban & Feola. The informative CPAS program, established in Denver, features nine lectures, and 24 speakers. The series creates a platform and sets the pace for a global professional standard and normalized education in the regulatory and business environments of the cannabis industry.

Attendees will get to meet industry leading experts include Hoban who opens the conference with Cannabis Law 101, and others who will address current and pressing issues of the cannabis economy including Section 280E of the Federal Income Tax Code, real-estate, mergers and acquisitions, finance, e-commerce and tax filings and more.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits for attorneys and Continued Professional Education (CPE) credits for accountants are available in some cases.
