How to Make: Holy Moly Mango Lime Aioli

Serving size: 1-2 tablespoons/30-60 ml
Yield: about 2½ cups/600 ml


  • 1 cup/240 ml homemade Magical Mayo
  • 4 tablespoons/60 ml MagicalButter olive oil
  • ½ cup/120 ml Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup/60 ml chopped cilantro (or parsley)
  • 2 tablespoons/30 ml honey
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 limes (juice and zest)
  • 2 mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 habanero pepper, with seeds and veins removed
  • 1 tablespoon/15 ml pink Himalayan salt
  • ½ tablespoon freshly ground black pepper

How to:

  1. Place all the ingredients except oil into your MagicalButter machine, and press the Clean button (no heat). When the cycle is completed, repeat it twice more.
  2. Lift the head, and add the olive oil. Run the Clean cycle one more time, making your result smooth and delicious.
  3. Refrigerate your Holy Moly Mango Lime Aioli in a covered dish, serve, and enjoy!
