Man With MS Says He Uses Medicinal Marijuana To Treat Pain

COLUMBUS, Ohio –

Medical marijuana is gaining support in Ohio. The latest Quinnipiac Poll shows 87 percent of Ohioans support legalizing marijuana use for medicinal purposes.

A Central Ohio man tells NBC4 he currently purchases and uses marijuana illegally to help with the intense pain caused by his multiple sclerosis.

Before turning to marijuana, the man says he used to hope for death – that’s how bad the pain was.
