Cannabidiol vs. Cannabinoid – let’s help @ETNOW see the difference

On 5/28/2014 Entertainment Tonight (ET) reported:

The alleged cancer killing property is not the THC that gets you high, it’s the CBD known as cannabinoid.

There were 2 errors in that statement that we would like to correct.

CORRECTION #1: CBD is the abbreviation for Cannabidiol. Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of at least 60 active cannabinoids identified in cannabis.

CORRECTION #2: When it comes to killing cancer you want a very high THC and low CBD. Typically cannabis oil concentrates used for cancer treatments run 70% or higher in THC. It just goes to show how much education is needed on this wonderful life-saving medicine.

FURTHERMORE: Cannabis strains that are high in Cannabidiol (CBD) and low in THC is showing improvement of seizure activities in children.
