When using the MagicalButter Machine, it is important to decarboxylate cannabis first by heating it in the oven, as the machine’s temperature does not reach the level necessary to cause decarboxylation. Click here to watch a quick video on how to decarboxylate your cannabis.

  1. Place the ingredients into your MagicalButter machine, and secure the head.
  2. Press the Temperature button, and select 160°F/71ºC (or 130°F/55°C if using the machine at high altitude and/or in a dry climate); then press the 4 Hours/Tincture or 8 Hours button (8-hour tincture will have a stronger flavor and deeper intensity).
  3. After the cycle is complete, unplug the unit at the outlet, and remove the head of the appliance. Put on your LoveGlove™, and pour the pitcher contents slowly through your PurifyFilter™ into formed molds, ice-cube trays, or other storage container.

*For best results, do not pre-grind botanicals. Adjust botanical weight according to personal preference.

  3. Hi I’m just wondering exactly how many grams of buds do I use for a bottle of the alcohol? I thought it was 1 ounce but watching your video it looks like it is more then 1 ounce. I just want to have the right ratio to achieve the right outcome.

  4. How do I know when the butter is done it never beeped and 5 hours later the colors were still spinning around how do I know when it’s finished? Set a timer for 2 hours? I thought it would be for something is there a color sequence I should look for?

  5. I would only fill it to the minimum line with vegetable glycerine. VG can be very sweet so if you are making gummies or whatever you want less VG
